They certainly did... and I know they were torn. They were all happy he did it, but at the same time, they know that this sets precedence... which can now be used to define a likely sentencing in the future. Give out your girlfriend's tax returns through your IRS access... you sure as hell won't be getting the same punishment that you'd be getting by giving out the President's tax returns. Literally, we now know 5 years is the maximum you can now expect for giving out the tax returns of the most powerful person in the world. Even if the statute has a range larger than 5 years for punishment (probably, I have no idea what it says, and don't care)... 5 years will now be argued. So they were probably torn.
I'm willing to bet he doesn't serve 5 years... he'll get off for good behavior after a year, and some company will hire him as a hero, because... "the ends justify the means."

Interesting, I heard a rumor that Canada can get cold and that you would know about that.................. But, rumors are just that, rumors. Or are they?

This case sheds light on the reason our Leftist friends are submissive to their masters. They know that they could find themselves in the crosshair of the same diabolical machine, so they carry water for a system that they know is irredeemably corrupt, as a form of dues. They hope that when they fall out of favor with their keepers, they can present their subservience as a penance, a plea for mercy.
The Left operates on three primary motivations: fear, hatred and greed.

The left accepts a striated society, because they have resigned themselves to a life in a certain stratum. Most know they will always be serfs.

Serious question....
Was it a reliable source or the voices in your head (again)?[This message has been edited by olejoedad (edited 01-29-2024).]

It appears that Willie has taken the same course.
