Affirmative Action is racism and discrimination on the face of it. Period. Full stop. Especially in the instance that they were ruling on. (Gave Blacks preferential treatment over Asians.)

I don't misunderstand anything here. Some people are trying to claim that southern democrats from 60 years ago like Wallace are still just like the members of the Democrat party today. They deny reality when it is put right in front of their face. They honestly believe that Wallace was a progressive liberal just like Democrats today.

but because of fear they CONtroll the Senate by real estate rules
and our RWNJ LIKE IT THAT WAY INSTEAD OF ONE MAN ONE VOTE
as that would allow the people to rule their nation
and prevent known losers to win with less votes by gimmicks
