Affirmative Action is racism and discrimination on the face of it. Period. Full stop. Especially in the instance that they were ruling on. (Gave Blacks preferential treatment over Asians.)

I'm so freaking happy that I retired about the time that my company fell for the DEI indoctrination horseshit.

It's comical (and hypocritical) that you quote a bible passage to back up your point. That's the same thing that you've been railing against for... ever?
But I guess it's okay, when it suits your needs. Eh?

Thank you for finally admitting that democrats 60 years ago were not progressive liberals like they are today. Some people here are still trying to claim that southern democrats like Wallace are the same as democrats today when in fact they are polar opposites.

I don't misunderstand anything here. Some people are trying to claim that southern democrats from 60 years ago like Wallace are still just like the members of the Democrat party today. They deny reality when it is put right in front of their face. They honestly believe that Wallace was a progressive liberal just like Democrats today.

The word "democracy" has a definition. I did not make up the definition. So my opinion has nothing to do with it.

So you still believe that women had the right to vote in June '19 when Congress passed the PROPOSAL? I guess you alos believe the Equal Rights Ammendment is also law since it was "passed" by congress in 1972, right?

I tried, but there is no helping you people. This is what happens when a political party keeps telling their sheep that education is a bad thing.

"Proposed" and "Ratified" have two completely different meanings. That is not an opinion. That is a fact.

But thanks for displaying your level of knowledge.

Fittingly, your opinions that you have bescumbered this forum with have nothing to do with reality either.

By the way, you live in a representative republic, not a democracy.

Educate yourself.

yes one where the 26 smaller states are 18% of the people

but because of fear they CONtroll the Senate by real estate rules

and our RWNJ LIKE IT THAT WAY INSTEAD OF ONE MAN ONE VOTE
as that would allow the people to rule their nation
and prevent known losers to win with less votes by gimmicks
