Why yes, there is. But four guys repeating the same lies over and over is just a waste of time. The adults know the truth. We are holding all of the cards.

These cartoons or memes that appear here on a daily basis, and have so appeared now, for as long as I can remember, have a single underlying message. Some are exceptional, but they are mostly variations on a single idea. The idea is that whoever appreciates these images and likes them enough to post them here, has exceptional insight into the world at large.
That's an entirely risible thought, for anyone who is familiar with these cartoons and memes and the contexts in which they appear on this forum, and is also familiar with the verbal ruminations and bloviations that have occasionally accompanied these images. From "Biden Brats" to the "Anti-Science Left" and much in between... it's a collapse into a black hole of banality... a stream of repetitious assertions or "mini-screeds", always expressed with a ludicrous confidence that fails to conceal the "dumb" that's behind it. This is industrial-strength or actually "social media-strength" dumb.
Some of these cartoons and memes are "fresh" and commendable—but not this one.
The trivialization of the conflict in Ukraine, which is apparent in the lower left quadrant of that cartoon—"2022"—has been a hallmark of this pablum.
It's the "alt-real"... the Alternate Reality.[This message has been edited by rinselberg (edited 06-16-2023).]
