That is "uhlanstan-esque."
"Wichita" has become synonymous on this forum with memes and cartoons about "groomers," and hallucinatory remarks about "purple-haired, gauged-earlobe, overweight, gaudily tattooed, transgender school teachers" and the like.
He's tried to pitch this as if he's standing up against transgressions and harms inflicted upon society by LGBTQs who are malicious and out of line, and enabled by "The Left," which in his simple-minded and feeble-minded reductionism is perfectly interchangeable with "Democrats."
Now he reveals it for what it truly is: the primal scream of someone, desperate to compensate for his lack of self-esteem, who is constantly creating stage props of imaginary people ("Biden brats") that he fancies himself as towering above in intellect and morality.
