Calling it doesn’t mean they’re right or wrong, and I didn’t suggest as such. I think it was 2018 where the AP had to embarrassingly claw back a called House seat.
My point is that the question of “Why isn’t this one called yet?” boils down pretty simply to “Because none of the media companies are willing to until they have a clear answer.” If they don’t have a clear answer, or rather if they aren’t confident (even if wrong), they’re not going to call it.
It’s really very simple and is not even remotely an indication of fraud.

Actually, she has been steadily gaining all day. She is .8% behind with 48k ballots left to count. Abe is now .2% behind. I think we will have a statutorily required recount.
.5% or less will trigger a recount[This message has been edited by williegoat (edited 11-14-2022).]

It's a Hobbsian future for Arizon(i)ans—at least the immediately foreseeable future.
The Hobbs family has had good service from their Thermador side by side-style refrigerator, but the governor-elect told reporters that she has her eye on one of the new Whirlpool models.[This message has been edited by rinselberg (edited 11-15-2022).]

I have never ever seen an election overturn by a recount.
Even the left-wing media paid many millions of dollars to fund a private recount, actually they counted four times, the Florida ballots after 2000. Because they were election deniers and they were convinced that Gore won. Nope! Each and every recount, Bush won.
Dems ballot harvesting game won this time. Sure it's a shady, but legal exploit, but they have been doing this all the time. From walking around money, handing out cigarettes for votes among the homeless and others. Walking into nursing homes with pre-filled straight DeM ballots and softly coercing elderly people to sign it, is just what they do.

Simon Rosenberg is the president of the NDN (New Democrat Network) and the New Policy Institute.
He went on record in media interviews before the election, saying he expected the midterms would break more favorably for Democrats than many other pundits and pollsters were predicting.
He explains his thinking on it to MSNBC's venerable late prime time anchor Lawrence O'Donnell.[This message has been edited by rinselberg (edited 11-15-2022).]

Blake Masters has conceded, but Kari and Abe are still closing in.
43k left to count.

He did not make a prediction. He only knew what the Dems will never admit.

This happened to my grandmother, who was in a nursing home. We discovered that she had apparently voted for in 2008... presumably for Obama since all the nursing staff were Haitian and Democrat-leaning. She would have never voted for him. She fled a socialist Argentine regime in the 1960s, and Obama would have been the very last person she would have voted for. She was staunchly Republican... but we discovered she voted in 2008. Unfortunately, there was no way to know who at the nursing home who requested and filled out a ballot in her name and submitted it. After we discovered this, we listed her as incompetent (whatever you call it) with the Florida department of elections so that she could not be exploited in such a way. She had dementia / Alzheimer's disease.
