And Bush2 and Gore had to have SCOTUS rule on hanging chads....

The left depends on young people, illegals newcomers and people with damaged memories. That is to say, inexperienced people who have no knowledge of history.

With such a base, they can repeat the same lies over and over, and have enough people who will believe them. They can make infinite, impossible promises and by the time these people figure out they have been screwed, it is too late and there is a whole new crop of stooges about to hatch from the government incubators.

This is part of why they are so strongly opposed to charter schools, secure borders and mental health awareness.

With all that said....does that make it right that HRC lied about her opponent?
Just because no one would remember it unless someone else made it an issue?
Should it not have been an issue that a lie had been told by a prominent politician, falsely accusing a rival that they weren't who they claimed to be?

I don't think it is fair to say that Hillary Clinton lied about Obama's citizenship, by asserting falsely that Obama was not an American by birth.

It's such a convoluted story that I hesitate to jump into it all the way; instead, I will just wade in up to my knees with this:

"Media ‘Fact-Checkers’ Erase [Clinton ally] Sidney Blumenthal’s Key Role in Obama Birther Muck"
Evan Gahr for Observer; September 28, 2016.

This is a good example of how "fact checkers" can muck stuff up.

But I find it kind of ironic that Trump was so easily influenced by Hillary Clinton. Apparently the only reason he thought Obama was born in Kenya was because Hillary's friend claimed it was true. Did not realize the Donald was such a gullible little sheep.

Neither Hillary nor her campaign ever made that false claim about President Obama. There are some allegations that she had her campaign investigate the issue, but she never publicly started or spread the rumor in any way.

Steve Rattner examines three narratives that are being pushed by the Trump campaign:
  • "Biden's Out of Control Crime"
  • "Biden's War on Energy"
  • "President Trump was on track to pay off the national debt"

The investment firm chairman and CEO (Willett Advisors LLC) goes at it "Kornacki-style" with chalkboard-sized data plots.

Typical Trump ad.

Zero policy discussion. Nothing but emotional appeal. The only people who will be impressed by it are people who already love Trump.
