Trump was smart enought to NOT trust the intelligence agencies advice, as we have come to learn.
Research how much disinformation the 'intellegenc' agency leaders have fed the American public.
You could start with the Steele dossier and move on to Hunters laptop......

You don't get it. He trusted PUTIN over our intelligence angencies and that has proven to be a big mistake.

US intelligence did not feed the public any disinformation about the Steele Dossier.
And the only people feeding disinformation about the Hunter Biden laptop are the people on the right who claim in contains evidence of corruption by Joe Biden. The US intelligence agencies warned that it could be "misinformation" because it came from a pro-Trump source immediately before the election. And in a way they were right. Many people on the right are still convinced that the laptop contained damaging material that could have hurt Joe Biden in the election. That is how powerful propaganda and misinformation can be.
