It is fascinating that you brought his up. I discuss misinformation with my students on a very regular basis. and I teach them how to stand up to people who support misinformation. As a follow up to showing them Randye's post I have now shown them how no one even tried to defend Randy as being correct. That is what happens a lot in sites that are strongly biased to one side. Instead I showed how everyone reacted by personally attacking me for standing up for the truth. None of them are laughing at any of this.
