Rinse... the Democrat party today has a LOT of problems. Just look at what's going on in the country. We've had 10 million more illegals in this country since the beginning of 2021. The economy is sliding, inflation is rampant to the point where things now cost more than 2x what they did just 2-3 years ago.

You're trying to say that the media focuses too much on the radical leftists... do they? What about the antifa riots that basically leveled entire city blocks and DAs that refused to prosecute them? Rinse... MORE THAN 30% of Generation Z in the United States supports the idea of Communism. They LITERALLY think there should be a single party, with a dictator, where the government does everything and they work simple jobs.

How can you even begin to sit there and downplay all of this? Rinse... your party is TOTALLY ****ed up... like, seriously, seriously ****ed up.

I don't dispute what you say, but I see all of that—except for the "10 million more illegals" and the "DAs" or District Attorneys—as something apart from most Democrats and the center of gravity within the Democratic Party.

The economy and inflation are not such straightforward issues where I would say, "Let's have another term as President for Donald Trump," or even for any of the other Republicans that have tossed their hat into the ring.

The Republican Party would have to purge itself of Trump's radicalism and rise again, phoenix-like, from the ashes of ruination that Trump represents, before I would wish it well in any of its endeavors.

Trump brought energy independence, a strong border where illegals were turned back, and an exceptionally vibrant economy ... and here we are talking about Trump again.

What do you dispute about the 10 million more illegals? Are you saying it's not true? Or what are you saying?

Illegal border crossers total over 10 million since Biden inauguration

To the Left, it is no longer about elevating humanity, it is about winning never admitting they made a mistake. They could starve to death while tending to the whims of the aristocracy or die at the hands of a Jihadist, satisfied that they "won".

California Democratic Party convention locked down amid anti-Israel protests

quote
A protest by about 1,000 people angry over U.S. support for Israel in its war with Hamas entered the convention center where the California Democratic Party was meeting Saturday evening, causing security guards to lock entrances to the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center in downtown Sacramento and prompting an early end to the day’s official events.

Delegates and other participants were temporarily blocked from exiting and entering the building after demonstrators barged through security around 6 p.m. and opened several doors, allowing more people to stream into the building where California Democrats gathered for a weekend of events gearing up for the 2024 election.

Massive protest halts California Democratic Convention in Sacramento

Saturday night's massive protest in Downtown Sacramento brought the California Democratic Convention to a standstill. More than 2,500 demonstrators flooded the streets, demanding Democratic leaders call for a cease-fire in Gaza.

Do any of these people actually know why they are doing what they are doing?

I would ask this question to the whole of the Democrat party, on every issue, not just the openly racist and bigoted ones.

I suspect the DNC leadership knows exactly what and why.

I'm guessing that anyone can bring their own body, their mouth or megaphone, and their costume or other stage props to any of these protests without having to submit evidence to the protest organizers that they are "card carrying" members of the Democratic Party, or that they have a record of voting for Democrats or contributing to Democratic election campaigns or Democratic Party-aligned PACs and the like.

So who are the people in those protests?

While you wee posting about these protests, I stumbled upon a report in Vox that knocked my socks (off) and so this:

EXCERPT

The Biden administration has a robust understanding of weapons systems and the business behind them. While any mainstream US administration, Republican or Democrat, would likely be rushing weapons orders to Israel, this administration is uniquely qualified to do so, bringing to bear their successes on Ukraine arms transfer and experience advising weapons-makers. In the second year of his presidency, Biden’s arms sales overtook President Donald Trump’s, who himself had already overseen a big increase.

The House voted in favor of new military assistance to Israel but cut out the Ukraine aid component, so the Senate will likely not pass it. In the meantime, the Biden administration has been efficient and quiet about transfers, using creative tools to jump-start deliveries to Israel that include direct commercial sales from arms-makers (meaning the US isn’t financing the purchases but does allow American weapons manufacturers to sell to Israel), governmental financing vehicles that don’t require congressional approval, and hurrying up orders that were placed before October. Stockpiles meant for US use are also being diverted to Israel. As a senior Pentagon official put it, “expediting security assistance” to Israel has been task number one.

Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin is a former board member of Raytheon, the major military contractor that co-produces Iron Dome receptors with the Israeli company Rafael Advanced Defense Systems. RTX, as Raytheon has been renamed, is one of the most significant providers to Israel. Austin and many other senior appointees to the Pentagon bring a depth of experience working for the arms industry. Even if they aren’t directly involved in the day-to-day—Austin has had to recuse himself from the Department of Defense’s dealings with Raytheon—the heft these appointments bring shows the seriousness with which the Biden administration takes the defense industrial base.

As Austin told the Senate, “We are flowing security assistance to Israel at the speed of war.”

"Most of Israel’s weapons imports come from the US. Now Biden is rushing even more arms.

These protests are actually highlighting (by contrast) the robust quality of the Biden administration's support for Israel.

As I said above, the leaders of the Democratic Party know exactly what they are doing.
