Military support for Ukraine has been and continues to be a small fraction of the total federal expenditures for the U.S. armed forces or "Pentagon".
As of November, 2022, Ukraine amounted to just under 6% of the entire "Pentagon" budget, in terms of what comes out of the federal treasury for the U.S. armed forces. Obviously, that would have to be updated to represent the current spending (vs November 2022), but it's largely the same percentage.
That "small fraction" is clearly a big chunk of the Pentagon's budget, but how many countries around the world are in a "hot war" with Russia?
That's a rhetorical question. There's only one such country—Ukraine.
Characterizing the Biden administration's tangible support for Ukraine in this way—these remarks from "82"—is as ludicrous as... well, come to think of it, as ludicrous as to suggest that Trump "dindu nuffin"—didn't do anything illegal involving documents at Mar-a-Lago—and should not have been investigated, FBI-searched and finally, indicted, arraigned and now waiting upon a trial date to judge his guilt or innocence on federal charges arising from the Espionage Act of 1917 and from Obstruction of Justice.
