At least not beyond doing a little bit of showboating. The scenario which I outlined above is somewhat idealistic. If Barr has absolute control, it could be. If the "forces of darkness" (anti-American) have control of the situation, then Epstein has most assuredly assumed room temperature. The possibility of his dirt he supposedly had on foreign dignitaries or other influencers being useful to either an intelligence agency or other individual seems plausible. The thing that I find remarkable is that both people on the left and right doubt the official story.
