I never expected it to effect many registered Republicans. Just like an acquittal would not have effected many Democrats.
Ther question is how does it play with the middle third of voters who decide elections.

Islam was created in something like 630 AD. It spread like wild through what is now called the "Arab" world. The various tribes of Islam, whether it was the Sunnis, Kurds, etc... they began creating caliphates throughout North Africa and the middle-East, and began to spread through the Byzantine empire west through to Spain.
I mean, Ray... the Crusades were LITERALLY as a DIRECT result of Islamic incursion and capture of Jerusalem. Like... again, I ask, where in the world do you come up with this stuff? Do you not remember that the Crusades were recapture Jerusalem from the invading Islamic army? Do you not know the history of King Saladin? The Spanish Inquisition was also, literally, as a result of the militant spread of Islam through Spain from the East. Why do you think Spanish architecture is so similar to Islamic architecture? Do you think this was sheer coincidence? Spain was being conquered.
