Conflicts in the South China Sea and the Strait of Hormuz existed under Trump before Biden took office.
The Red Sea Crisis was triggered by the Hamas/Israel conflict.
The conflicts in the Eastern Mediterranean have actually gotten BETTER during the Biden administration. A summit in 2021 ended the Saudi- and Emirati-led blockade of Qatar. There was a Saudi-Iranian détente brokered 2023. The Presidents of two of the region's most bitter rivals, Turkey and Egypt, have exchanged personal visits in attempts to settle their differences.
