And here we go... this is where Todd goes round and round and posts his endless bullshit.
I found the thread. This is the opening post.

It was illegal to have sex with animals in Nazi Germany and they ended up killing 5 million Jews and starting a war that killed another 70 million.

Anyone with half a brain can see that fredtoast was setting up the thread for a discussion on the logic behind, or the lack of logic, when it comes to what society does or doesn't allow. He certainly was not "supporting animal sex" (with humans, I surmise ), as Todd has desperately been trying to imply. Let it go, Todd... let it go.

No one is answering your (BingB) question because we think you're Fred, and no one wants to waste their time.
But I think the post on supporting animal sex, and the comments he made about my daughter and a sex dungeon are not lost on anyone.
|
|
I do understand though why Cliff closed the thread, as the topic heading wasn't exactly what the forum wants/needs in regards to Google search rankings. So yeah, fredtoast kind of screwed up there... but for Todd to try and suggest that fredtoast was promoting bestiality...

You should post the thread where he defended the right to have sex with animals. Go ahead Patrick... don't cherry pick.

Looks like the largest group (those in the middle with me) looks at BOTH parties as insane.

Not disagreeing with you here... but to an extent, the Republican party has been demonized in the same way that it would be like if you brought a case of Bud Light to a party. There's kind of that uncomfortable silence where some people refuse to drink it, other people don't want to deal with the politics, etc. That's kind of the same thing when you're a Republican. For a VERY long time, it was considered "OK" to just by default consider yourself a Democrat. It meant you cared about people (not really) and live and let live. But to be a Republican means that you hate people and love big business. Like, I've had people lash out at me when they find out I'm Republican, even though they've known me for years and know I'm a good person and have helped them out a lot. Like... colleagues who are just flat-out *shocked* and then immediately make all kinds of assumptions about what I believe. It's just this inherent view that Republicans are evil. This couldn't be further from the truth... any more than Democrats are the ones who "care" about people... but that's the media narrative. So it was far more acceptable. Especially because being a Democrat was "cool" when Obama was President (at least in the beginning).
I would say that most of the public is to a degree probably still mostly socially liberal, but they don't want to be associated with what the Democrat party is known for today... Biden, Trans-issues, Inflation, and war. To that point, more than a million people have shifted from the Democrat party to the Republican party: https://www.pbs.org/newshou...-alarm-for-democrats
I'd caveat one thing... to say that people are registered as "Independent" is likely somewhat incorrect. For most states, the Independent party is actually a party. Florida has a designation called "No Party Affiliate." So I don't know if they mean registered as "other," or if they literally mean the Independent Party ?

There are two completely different media narratives. And I don't see how you try to play the victim card when the largest news media source in the world fawns over Republicans and claims Democrats are trying to "destroy everything good in this country".
From the center I can see that the extremists on BOTH sides are wrong. Dems are too naive and trusting. Reps are wrong to demonize the poor. We need some way to give a voice to the majority in the middle.

Oh... I'm not a victim. I've never been and never will be a victim. I'm simply saying that's the narrative that's pushed across the media. I don't think there's any question today that there was significant media bias.

No doubt. The largest, most popular news network in the world had to pay millions in damages for their blind support of Trump. That is as biased as you can get.
But there are also news sources that are biased to the left. So everyone is free to watch whatever side they choose.

Okay then. But let me say that you do more crying and complaining than any other "non-victim" I have ever heard before

That is not the "media" narrative. That is the narrative of the far left media.
There is just as much, if not more, far-right media that claims Democrats are evil and want to destroy everything thta is good in this country.
There is no one single "media narrative". There are two.
