What do you mean specifically?
I see problems with our country (drug addiction, crime, income inequality, immigration) but I don't really see us "losing our history/culture" or "destroying our society."

The term "patriotism" is a little difficult to define in practice. For example, the millennials that you accuse of being "unpatriotic" are actually more optimistic about the future of our country than your generation. So they value and respect our ability to change and adapt more than you do.
Plus anytime there is civil unrest and movement for change the people protesting are often attacked as "unpatriotic". I'll bet your highly patriotic youth was after the draft was ended in 1973.

I have no problem defining patriotism. I didn't accuse anyone of being unpatriotic. I am very optimistic about the future of America - we always figure out a way. I don't think you know how old I am.

See... this is why I stop responding to you, because this isn't a real question you're asking... you're just trying to antagonize, and you're not worth the effort... you're just not.
You already know full-well what the answer to this is, and if you don't, then you're either not very intelligent, or totally oblivious.

This is a fact.
Fred is like AOC questioning Tony Bobulinski the other day.

You say this all the time, but I have no idea what it means.
Basically you are saying that you are incapable of engaging a leftist in a debate. The only way you can have a political discussion is in an echo chamber that only contains people who believe the same way you do.
If I am in a discussion and I don't like the way another person "frames" the argument I simply address the issue I have with the way they are trying to frame it. I never resort to just running away. I am capable of "framing" my own response any way I wish.[This message has been edited by BingB (edited 03-23-2024).]

It is a sad day when people feel "attacked" by a simple straightforward question.
What I am trying to do is point out how different people define "patriotism". For example the LGBTQ community are often labeled as "Un-American". I fully understand why some people disagree with the beliefs of the LGBTQ community, but I don't see why the issue should be political. Why is fighting for "equal rights" considered "Un-American".
It is because most people are talking about their "cultural beliefs" when they claim to be talking about "politics".

NO...The "sad day" was when Leftists like you started trying to project your own feelings onto others in an attempt to control or stop other people's speech.

NOPE....In typical Leftoid fashion you're attempting redefine the term to suit your narrative.
