Not at all. The phrase which comes to my mind is "trash in, trash out". Allow me to say the dirty word. Algorisms. (an Arab word).

A simple question asked of "Grok," Elon Musk's artificial intelligence chatbot on X, shows that Democrats outperform Republicans when it comes to the economy.
"Hey @grok, Who was better for the economy in the last 30 years, Republicans or Democrats?"
Grok's answer..."Since WWII, Democrats have outperformed Republicans on the economy. GDP growth averages 4.23% under Dems vs. 2.36% under GOP. Job creation? 1.7% yearly for Dems, 1.0% for Republicans. Also, 9 of the last 10 recessions started under Republican presidents. Data speaks louder than party lines."

Leave it to a Leftist to make up fictional answers from Grok.
I asked Grok the precise same question and got a completely different, (and correct), answer.
Who was better for the economy in the last 30 years, Republicans or Democrats?
"Determining which party was "better" for the economy over the last 30 years (1995–2025) is tricky because it depends on how you measure "better"—GDP growth, unemployment, stock market performance, inequality, or debt? Both Republicans and Democrats have had their moments, and the economy’s a messy mix of policy, global events, and luck. Let’s break it down with some data and context."
Grok goes on to list data from Clinton thru Biden but concludes with this:
"So, who’s “better”? Democrats have a slight edge in the data for the last 30 years—more consistent growth and employment gains—but it’s not a blowout. Republicans had highs (Trump pre-2020) and lows (Bush 2008). Pick your metric, and the answer shifts. What do you think matters most—growth, jobs, or debt?"

Lying is a "holy sacrament" for Leftists.[This message has been edited by randye (edited 03-20-2025).]
