Perhaps. Likely not. That would be racist and the PC crowd would have a ka-nip-ship. His appearance was suspect. The truck did cross the border according to a license plate reader. Why ? Both ways ? Did he pick someone up or stuff to make his IEDs ?
I do disagree with you calling it an "immigration issue". While you think about that I am going to migrate to the store and spend my green cards (cash).
