You may be correct but, the decision should easily be a 9-0 in favor of Trump.

Colorado does not have the right to decide this for the nation as a whole.

That's not to suggest anything except that legitimate voters should be able to vote for any candidate they want. Some will choose to vote against DJT, some will vote for him. I see very few who will vote for Biden but will vote against DJT.

3. Conviction? Of a victimless crime, in a Kangaroo court. There is no jury. The judge is acting as "judge, jury, and executioner". If that's not being railroaded, I don't know what is.
