I don't think I've ever seen anything like this before. To that point... they're sending these troops over to another country. Are they not embarrassed? That's like inviting people over to your house with the house really messy. It leaves an impression on people. And let me tell you... this definitely leaves an impression on me. It's obvious their military is not only underfunded, but I'd hazard to guess that if they can't even make sure these soldiers are wearing the right uniform, what else are they not doing? Even most 3rd-world countries don't have soldiers this haphazardly dressed.
