Jimmy Carter, Biden and "rayb" stand as proof positive that the Left simply does not understand economics.
As I've said before; trusting Leftists with the national economy is like handing over your cash, credit cards and your car keys to a bunch of drunk teenage girls at the shopping mall.
The outcome is totally predictable.

Ray... you're not being truthful here. Let me not overstate the obvious here.
The Trump tax cuts led to RECORD Federal tax revenue.
A tax break means that an individual pays LESS tax on their taxes. How can you say that inflation is caused by the tax breaks when the Federal government received RECORD tax revenue every year under Trump? There were still more taxes paid, even though there exist tax breaks.
All of that aside, the tax breaks for the wealthy remained essentially unchanged between the prior tax law, and the Trump tax law. For that matter, the only thing they did eliminate was SALT, and some additional tax breaks. For example... people could no longer claim some move expenses paid for by companies, and the companies (and individuals) now had to pay taxes on that. A company that is going to PAY you to move... that's not poor people, that's generally middle to upper-middle, to wealthy.
Second, the tax breaks for the lower income actually went up. But poor people don't get tax breaks because they don't actually pay any Federal income tax. Matter of fact... one of the changes under Trump's tax law is that if you make below a certain amount of money, they WON'T EVEN TAKE OUT any taxes, because you make so little, and then you are not even required to pay any taxes on it at the end of the year. So you can't get tax breaks on money you're not spending.
You're throwing out a lot of stuff that just isn't factual.

Yes, the last two years of the Trump administration, the Democrat control House of Representatives spent money like drunken sailors on shore leave.
Good thing the tax cuts brought in high revenues, otherwise the picture would be a lotworse....
