My sources (one of the MSNBC anchors) was saying that if DOJ Special Counsel Jack Smith's investigations result in any criminal indictments of Donald J. Trump—the 45th President of the United States, in case anyone's forgotten—summer will have arrived before the first of any such court filings or "charges" are manifested against the "former guy". This summer. The summer of 2023.

There very glaring differences to both situations and anyone saying they are similar in any way is just making whatever excuse they need to support a power-hungry fascist dictator wannabe xenophobic misogynistic bigot. |

C'mon man ! Where is your flamboyant flaming Progressive attitude ?
They are related by the fact that equality does not exist. Get with the program ! It's equity.

What would be absolutely hilarious, would be if Biden pardoned Trump, and the "powers that be" went ahead and prosecuted Biden. Has Biden got enough clout to legally stop that? Probably, but one can dream.

Steve, Sorry, I can't answer your question on the clout issue. I'm thinking it depends on his Tik Tok account and those friends he has in China.

MORE classified docs found in Biden's possession yesterday / today.
That's what? ....FOUR separate discoveries now?
This time in another of his houses in Rehoboth Beach DE.
The dementia riddled old bastard has obviously been squirreling away secret documents like a geriatric hoarder living in a trailer park.[This message has been edited by randye (edited 01-21-2023).]

Let's look at N per T, where N is the number of documents with classified markings, and T is the number of days that Biden (or Trump) were (have been) on the federal payroll with access to classified documents.
It could be described as their Career Mishandled Documents Per Diem.
As things stand now, between Trump and Biden, Biden has a much smaller "Per Diem".

Or, since Biden has decades of experience handling classified material, he knew better. He cannot claim ignorance nor inexperience as a defense.

That's so cute.
Keep clutching at those straws and making excuses. Nobody cares. Well, except maybe the MSM.
BTW... They just keep on finding more documents. This isn't over, by a long shot.

New math problem to figure out how much risk there was for secrets to get exposed. Look at the number of documents found (F) now multiply that by the number of how many years that each has no longer held the particular position that allowed them to gather those documents but didn't turn them in when they left (J) and now multiply that by the exponent of how many locations they were found in (B), and the math gets a whole lot muddier. I will admit that problem may not be able to be solved due to the ongoing and changing nature of the components. Also, this will be a conservative figure because this does not take into account how many visitors there were to each location that had access to the files. This may also be conservative on the (J) multiplier since we are not really sure how long the files have been at each location. We basically know that Trump moved the records at the end of his Presidency, Bidens files may have been at those locations since the beginning of his VP term so his (J) multiple could actually be as high as 14. (8 years as VP and 6 since he left that position)
(FJ)B
F = how many documents found total not known at this time for both Subjects J = 2 for Trump and 6 for Biden B= 1 for Trump and 4 (and counting I believe) for Biden
This study was not supported by government grants or funding. 🙂

I'm not sure about that last one (from "Corsair") but I think it could cast some doubt on the very recent submission from Mossinghoff et al; to wit:
| quote | | We prove that the Riemann zeta-function ζ(σ + it) has no zeros in the region σ ≥ 1− 1/(55.241(log |t|) 2/3(log log| t|) 1/3) for |t| ≥ 3. |
|
Would that be admissible as evidence in the (hypothetical) case of a U.S. v. Joseph Robinette Biden Jr., or a U.S. v. Donald Joseph Trump?
