Cant sae for B.C., but here most of the CT's are still full-service with a couple of those machines if any. Small-town-nothing here has 3 registers and zero self-serve, and Chatham has at least 12 regular registers and maybe 2 self-serve.
As to who ? Damned if I know, it came across the newsfeed alerts the same way my next post did.

I noticed this morning corporate media (Fox, CNN, etc) was reporting on the police crackdowns and arrests, but there have been multiple streams on Youtube showing the actual state of affairs on the ground, and it appears little or nothing has changed.

Mounted police patrol Stanley Park here in Vancouver. I've stood beside these horses... they're big! I certainly wouldn't attempt holding my ground against them.

What happened to all those law and order people that were last year and year before saying "if people would just do what the cops say then they wouldn't get hurt"?
