The top pic is a “Mad Max” Z3 (which a chain link welded roof rack and a piston coming up through the trunk lid. The other pic is a local guy. Met him at OSH years ago. He was a manager there at the time. He very graciously helped me get some glass measured and cut and helped me fix my broken window at my wife’s antique store. Somehow we got onto the subject of cars. I told him I’m into Fiero’s and told me he had a 914-6. I thought to myself, ya right! It’s probably just a 914 wannabe. 😊
Well, strangely enough I had to get something else at that OSH the very next weekend. As I pulled in to the lot, there sat a beautiful white 914-6 sitting all by itself in the back of the lot! And I thought the guy was bull shirting me. 😀 I felt a little ashamed. Kit
