          | I almost went late model for a Fiero replacement but decided it was time to do a classic Aussie sin bin. So I was lucky to find a 1965 Holden HD Panelvan. Will post pics when I get it home this week.

          | Does that mean you're not getting the Porsche? ------------------1986 SE Aero coupe.

3.4 DOHC swap is complete and running, now just have to finish the rest of the car...

          | Yep. I liked the later model sports cars but my heart drew me back to being creative with a classic. | |

          | The aim is to keep it period looking and custom. But at present trying to decide supercharged 3800 (have in my garage) or the complete running gear out of a restored HQ monaro. That would be 253 Holden V8 with a M21 4 Speed trans and a Salisbury Limited Slip Diff.

          | 3800 s/c Sort of a sleeper, I'd think. | |

          | The 3800c has won. Already have a lot of the conversion parts now | |

          | Good choice. You can putt down the road and nobody will be able to hear the s/c whine....until you drop the hammer and blow their doors off. | |
