I can by that. The only problem with that is that the rockers will be dragging on the ground before the fenders ever come close to covering the tires The only tires that can fill those wheelwells are on semi/ off road trucks....

Idk, preference I guess. I PERSONALLY don't like when the wheel gap is 1 cm. And on a side note, this car was aimed toward handling rather than ultimate grip, so one requirement in its design was the use of "skinny" tires.

Technically, it wasn't a lie though. Yes other makers have produced Boxer engines for year. However this is the first Boxer engine "with D4S direct and port fuel injection technology".
