I couldn't help myself. I know how rare these are, and I needed to get it...

I'm thinking about that Sunfire Turbo motor... :/

At least it's saved from the trash!

I have two, one day soon I'll do a 3800SC swap and get one installed.

Can always sell, probably will make more than you paid for it.

They fit the Fiero gauge cluster look cool on a boosted engine. If used it's difficult to read the exact boost going into the engine as it provides a 180° scale.. I believe that guage is calibrated to the map sensor.

+2

I think I said it in the other thread: If I had one of those gauges looking for a home I would consider turbocharging my car just so I could use the gauge!

Ugh, I know... that's the problem right now.

When I saw that the Sunbird thread I googled Sunbird replacement guages. They exist, new.

Well, this wouldn't be the first dumb thing I've done before in my life, haha...

But I'm going to have to call your bluff... are you sure you weren't looking at reproduction 70s Sunbird gauges? I just looked and didn't see the Turbo gauges for the 80s Sunbird...

this is not a sunbird gauge. It is a typhoon / syclone gauge. FYI no need for the potentiometer.

They were not OEM, but look the same.

Hmm, Would that turbo gauge look like it "worked", hooked up to a vaccum port ?
