Anyone tried the Mookeeh shocks/struts on eBay? (Page 1/1) Craig71188 JAN 08, 07:51 AM So I found a thread on a Mookeeh exhaust system, but nothing on their shocks/struts. I have contacted them through eBay and they know little to nothing beyond what is listed in their add. They claim they have shock/strut package that is 1" shorter than stock and 20%-30% stiffer. I like the KYB Gas-A-Just fronts on the '88, but there is no comparable rear option. I have a set of Koni's, but we take a major points hit to run them on the race car. The Mookeeh pieces are almost cheap enough to just buy a pair and test, but I thought I would see if there was anyone with any experience with them first. Pretty sure it is a stock strut for a heavier application. If you want it for the shorter length, have you flipped the strut bushing hat? Doing so places the top of the strut 1" higher relative to the strut tower and gives you 1" more suspension travel in compression. Not so much concerned with length, more about ability to damp a higher than stock spring rate effectively.
