The Purple Rain Story Continues - Can You Help? (Page 1/1)

As the "keeper" of the Purple Rain story, I am looking to help its new owner get some old images, stories etc. about the car. It is now in its final "home" having passed through myself and one other individual who may or may not choose to disclose themselves. The new owner has already started acquiring needed parts to restore it back to "better than original". They would love to see old school pictures of it!

Awesome - thanks! I believe Jon was from Enola, PA based on old MAFOA records. Rumor has it that he passed away 15 or so years ago...

Wow a post from 2006. I was reading that and was thinking when did I do that?

I may have more photos from the Columbus show. Over the holidays I need to use up vacation time. I may try to get all my old photos scanned.

I still need to get my digitals on my Mac. Long over do work.

That would be wonderful if you are able to upload pics from Columbus. That was my first National show...

I have a to. Of photos from the 80’s and 90’s I need to load up.

I just work from home now and I hate being on the computer all day and then all evening!

I have some photos from the first two Indy shows and two Pontiac Shows many here were not even born yet.

Those were the prime years. The one Indy show had the largest number of Fiero’s in one place for an event.

The Michigan and Ohio shows did well as it drew many from the East and Midwest. Also the largest number of cars were around Detroit.
