I had a local hot-rod shop respray my front and rear bumpers this week to remove 33 years of chips, nicks and scrapes. I couldn't be more excited when he sent me these two pictures last night.

And you do realize that you'll probably end up having the rest of the car repainted once these are installed.

yea, you just hit upon my greatest fear- the rest of the car will look like sh*t- HA HA
Honestly, he says it matches really well and not to worry. I'll see for myself in about 4 hours....More pics to come

Got her back and she went to her first car show Saturday...lots of looks and lots of comments about how pristine she is and how you never see them anymore.

Looks fantastic. Congratulations. Looks like they nailed the color match. I just did something similar with my car and had the nose and rear spoiler resprayed.
