It's definitely modeled after 'The Wraith' - which was a Dodge M4S prototype pace car. The Ferrari badges look ridiculous, and were probably added by the owner after the one that did the bodywork.

The ponys would definitely go, and I’m a notchie fan, but if it runs decently...it’s hard to find a Fiero ‘round my neck of the woods...

Doesn't look all that bad (we've seen terrible customs) and who couldn't use a bigger trunk?

I like it, the badges would need to be replaced by wraith badges, and I would try to get it a little bit closer to the original with a 4th gen camaro spoiler and some sort of front lip spoiler in black.

I'd question the integrity of the bodywork, especially that rear overhang...

This tag is a Red Flag 🚩 to many Buyers...
Because Many Owners use "Historical" "Antique" and related Tags Just to skip State Inspections and often ignore rules go w/ them. IOW often doesn't have a cat, installed crap "brake upgrade" w/ missing P-brake parts, etc.
Rules? Very short... These tags often won't allow a car to be driven to work, school, stores, etc. Insurance on cars w/ them often have same or more restricted rules as well. Look up these Special Tags for whatever state for more info. Car's w/ Body Mods may not get Historical tags in some states so may not apply in NY but someone at DMV didn't look carefully or mod was done after they apply for the tag.
Daily use cars must have a normal tag and pass Safety Inspections at minimum. Some States, or Regions of States, dropped Emission Inspection/Testing for old cars but can/will fail missing the Cat and other obvious issues. Many places Can Fail you for iffy Light Mods, missing reflectors, etc, plus NY Inspections puts a car on a lift and will see missing P-brake cables and more and will Fail the car.
Many have poorly Mod'ed the Sail Panels and GT "windows" causing problems for cabin's Fresh Air. B pillar and these exit stale air out of the cabin to prevent Driver falling asleep or worse get high levels of CO because rear firewall often leaks exhaust fumes etc. (Heater/Ac box allows air to enter the cabin even when off or set to recirculate IE "Max AC.")
ETA-> Note that seems to say Odo Listed = engine miles... If Car's odo was "Rolled back" to that and doesn't reflect this on tittle etc is called Odo Fraud in most places.
