]Hey,

New here.
Had a silver 86 2m6 v6 auto years ago but it never ran.

Just got an 88 gt ,5 speed 2.8. Mostly stock.
From South Mississippi.
Former Toyota Certified Tech.
Former granite countertop installer now
Granite Countertop Shop Owner.

Paid $1500 for this one with a bad clutch.

Added Fidanza alum flywheel, Hd clutch, new seals and gaskets and 1.6 roller rockers.


About to paint and tint the car soon.

I want to get leather/ vinyl for the lower door panels.

Welcome (again) to the Fiero world. Car looks a little worn but overall not a bad deal for $1500 and it is an 88 to boot.

Yup.
Second stage of restoration is gonna be interior.

I don't know if you researched the issues that Fidanza aluminum flywheels have (they reportedly get loose due to aluminum creep)... but if you'd like to know more, I can supply some forum links.
