Looking for advice/guidance on adjusting the pop up headlight door. Somehow mine came out of adjustment and screwed up the paint where they started touching 🤦♂️ Do i do this by loosening the two 10mm bolts on the underside? I tried screwing with this but it didnt give me much play, but i also didnt try to force it.

Loosen the two, 10-mm screws to adjust the gap. You may need to use a rat-tailed file to get additional clearance for adjustment. I found that if you use cardboard or Popsicle sticks you can adjust the gap all around before you tighten the bolts. I also used blue Loctite (medium strength) to keep the screws from loosening but that was probably overkill.
