First issue! No crank, what so ever. I have power, everything functions, but the engine doesn't crank. i also noticed that the clutch is **very** close to the floor. Im unsure if these 2 things would cause it to not crank but, thats what im running into at the moment

I had one that the manual trans and engine were locked together. And they didn't want to rotate either. Had to drag the car to get anything to start turning over. So if I'd gotten the engine to bump over it would've moved the car. Take precautions to prevent that if you're going to try to bump it over. Once securing the vehicle and making sure it couldn't fall on me I'd look at bumping the starter with a jumper. Someone I knew in Florida had a semi that would start itself. They came in once and it had driven hundreds of feet and was sitting against a fence digging a hole with the drive tires.[This message has been edited by sourmash (edited 04-19-2020).]

The car won't crank until the clutch pedal is depressed far enough. I don't know if the car is sensing the clutch disengagement or just the pedal location, but whatever the case is your car might not be sensing it accurately, hence the fact that turning the key doesn't do anything. I have never seen this problem but I have read and heard of it; The clutch pedal on some Fieros can bend so that it won't operate properly. So if your pedal is already down by the floor before you have pushed it in, then maybe that is your problem. If the pedal cannot be pushed far enough (Now hitting the floor because of the bend) then it won't actuate the clutch/starter safety switch.
Take a look at your clutch pedal and see if it looks bent...(And I have to tell you, I'm not sure where/how it bends)

Put the car in neutral then disconnect the clutch safety switch and jumper it out. Those switches fail a lot. With it jumpered, the car should turn over.

^^ What he said. You want to jumper the yellow wire to the purple wire on the clutch pedal switch.
