There are smaller screen sizes that may suit better but there are many options now with not a lot of guts depth. Might get away with 8' variations that allow to keep air controls. I think I might have to look further as look how cool these things are and how cheap.[This message has been edited by Australian (edited 01-10-2020).]

This one my have a good chance of fitting without moving the heater controls. I installed a similar one in my El Camino, but I had sold the Fiero so I couldn't properly measure to check on the width. The long cable on the screen allows for very flexible installation ( you can even install the screen with magnets- I tried!) . It's 4.17" high by 9.37" wide.

If this doesn't fit, they have others that might, including a 6.2' Dia that's 7" wide by 3.75" high. This is the size that I installed in the Camino replacing the stock 1.5 Din

You can make anything work, but to use that headunit you will need to do some shuffling around of the current configuration. Personally I went with a 7" double din Joying headunit. Was not to much work to get it to fit as long as you are not scared of trimming some plastic. Here is a picture of mine for reference.

One other potential option is the installation of a 1.0 DIN head unit with a pop up screen. Adapters are readily available to convert a 1.5 DIN slot to a 1.0 DIN slot.
