84? Has the 2.8, dual deck lid vents (as opposed to the single decklid vent on the 84's) and the 140mph dash.....so either a later year or a very nice swap. I'm guessing an 86 based on the lack of headrest speakers.
Personally I'm not a big fan of this kit, but it would be fun to trow some aggressive tires and hit the sand dunes in this thing.

I believe that to be a 140 KPH speedo since it's in Canada. 140 kph works out to 85ish mph.
