i can't believe no one has investigated this.
i wonder the dimension is.

Actually, I did. It's too wide to fit between the headlights. I wound up doing this:

Got it off ebay. It was a stick-on that I cut into the hood then bonded and molded into place.

Much too wide.

Mine has just an opening with the ribs on the hood. It is much like a Ford GT or McLaren Can Am scoop.

For clearance I Frenched in the overflow cap.

This is about as wide and long as you can go. I did have to move the leading edge of the trunk just a little. It can be moved back easily.

This is the hood from the FOCOA. It was a quality mess but with a lot of work It got it to work. I only know of three of these being made. One I believe is gone.

Hyper- That is a really good looking vent.....I wish I had the talent/time/gumption......

The Caddy vent looks very good- maybe it could be cut down....Just have to find a wrecked one in the JY......

Yes it looks like a Norman hood. Did you buy it or make it.

If it is a Norman hood it is only 1 of 4 I have ever seen.
