I forgot after all these years I have used a Manual shifter plate from my old 5spd setup for my Automatic. Does anyone have an automatic shifter plate available? I have a strange question... do I have to use the auto piece that shows what gear it is in off to the left of the shifter? I have always liked the clean look of not having that which is primarily why I had left it all these years with the manual one. It does kind of barely catch the front of it when it is in park. And can you use the 5spd boot on an auto plate? Let me know if anyone knows for sure or has pics to send me.
