Most V8 have heavier trans... 4T65(E or not) etc. Is close to same as 4T60 but w/ heavier clutches etc.
Gearing for most of 4Txx should be same as listed in See my Cave, Gear Ratio------------------ Dr. Ian Malcolm: Yeah, but your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn't stop to think if they should. (Jurassic Park)

Note that Auto Trans need 2 RPO to tell What Trans and What gearing. Above you only have a couple RPO for gearing and seem not Trans type like ME9 for non E 4T60.

All 4.9s came with the 4T60E. NOT the 4T65. Mine had the 2.97 FDR. I forget the code. I pulled it out and swapped in a 5 speed. (New Venture T-550, aka "Cavalier Getrag.")
You will probably be happier with the 4T60E from an Eldorado, or maybe a Seville. As already posted, it comes with the 35/35 sprocket ratio and the 3.33 FDR. If mine had been equipped like that, I may have kept it, instead of swapping in the 5 speed.
In case you are wondering, changing the 2.97 to 3.33 is not as easy as you would like. Many times you can just change the gears, which is (relatively) easy to do. In this case, you'll have to change the sprockets and chain in the trans, from 37/33 to 35/35. You have to remove the whole valve body to get to those.[This message has been edited by Raydar (edited 03-02-2019).]
