Thanks for posting this, a good reminder on value of 88GT Ttop Cars. Not 100% sure I believe that odometer, need to see the car better. Looks plausible!

Value is a self defined word and obviously someone believed that a Fiero with 106 miles on the OD was worth $17.000. This is a great car as a trailer queen or museum piece but most of us here love to drive our cars; hence the value as a driver is debatable. ------------------ " THE BLACK PARALYZER" -87GT 3800SC Series III engine, custom ZZP /Frozen Boost Intercooler setup, 3.4" Pulley, Northstar TB, LS1 MAF, 3" Spintech/Hedman Exhaust, P-log Manifold, Autolite 104's, MSD wires, Custom CAI, 4T65eHD w. custom axles, Champion Radiator, S10 Brake Booster, HP Tuners VCM Suite. Sometimes people get windfalls through inheritance, insurance pay-offs, buy-outs which explain some sales. Money burning a hole in their pocket. Tax write offs, etc.. Unless you were in on the specific deal, there could very easily be some unknown details. There are always auctions we watch and post about why someone would pay x dollars for y item when they could've blah-blah-blahed.
For instance a desirable gun part was sold on ebay a couple months ago for an extremely high price but the back side of the deal was over half the price was for other items not listed in the auction. The one part was priced so high to include all the other items not listed that he buyer and seller prearranged so that Paypal Credit could be utilized for all items at once. I've even seen former bosses I worked for buying/trading a couple used cars where a kick back was made in cash through the dealership/consignment company back to my company owner. Was this an actual price for one car? Could very well be. Every other similar car's value isn't determined by one sale.
