I don't know why people think this kind of hackery is a good idea?

I follow him on youtube, that 3400 turbo on megasquirt is no joke. Its wild looking and wins multiple awards. He's doing something correctly.

I just sold a tailight panel that he is using. He found LED's that look perfect. I did not think I could make a good job of it, kind of regretting letting the panel go now. I kind of like his video, I would not cut up my Fiero like he has done but to each his own.

"Garbage...?"
While Steve's work may not be the "traditional" modification route most people go - his ability to get stuff done, and the results of his work, absolutely speak for themselves.
He's also a great guy to talk with - and his enthusiasm for the car is top notch!------------------ Looking for Fiero posters?

Just watched the video. I actually liked it. He's not building a show car. But I'd much rather people build something they can have fun with instead of leaving another Fiero in a field or a junkyard.

I agree, It really is quite a build. His buddy Paul's conquest is a beast as well.

Keep in mind also he's part of our community and comes to our events, no different if it was you or me.

Took pictures of this thing at the 35th and have been following his instagram. https://drive.google.com/fi...yBe/view?usp=sharing I think its an awesome build and something different than all the other bland basic swaps out there (like the one I am working on currently lol). Its not like hes chopping up a rare and expensive classic. Hell I paid $500 for my fiero and it ran and drove at that point.

I get both sides of this situation......I like to keep my Fiero still a....."Fiero"......But I have modified my car a bit, mixing and matching parts from different years/levels. I know a couple of people who "Trip Off-line" at ANY mod of a Fiero (Basically like the people who restore a car to the point of taking chalk and marking the rear axle!).
I see so many decent Fieros being junked in the yards, I would rather see an enthusiast doing SOMETHING with one.....Even this; I have always been a "Performance over looks" guy (Although I do want my car presentable!) There are so many variations on the Fiero theme; From the guy who spent $60,000 to stretch and convert a Fiero into a Lambo, to a guy who tries to keep his 84 2m4 as true to stock as possible......Everyone has different ideas.......
Only a few people with really crazy ideas should be locked up! (Wait....my door knob won't turn anymore.....)

He is definitely making it his own unique creation for sure. It's his car at the end of the day. I applaud him for thinking way outside the box . Haha I cant be upset at him for creativity.
