According to the the 1/4 mile performance info on the chart; The 85 super duty 4 with the 4 speed and 4.10 FDR does a 0-60 in 6.3 seconds and the 1/4 mile in 14.7 seconds. That's faster than the 85 GT and Corvette! The bad news is that you had to swap the SD4 engine yourself.
Getting back to the book, I would very much like to see an interior picture of the stretched 4 seat GT prototype and how GM did the frame. That's got to be the weirdest Fiero prototype of all.------------------
