I'm not building one, but I was hoping that the title would inspire someone to do so. Let's discuss. ------------------

I was well on my way to building a 288GTO from the 308 project I have been working on for a couple years now.. I just ended up keeping the 308 as I want to drive one of my projects at some point and cutting it up to do the 288GTO would just add years to build.
The 308 Konieg retains stock wheelbase on the Fiero but the 288GTO would require a 3" stretch the same as the 355 replica rebodies.
If I were to start on another 308 type project, I would be doing the 288GTO for sure as they're just dead sexy in my opinion.
I am looking forward to seeing your Konieg come to life Bob.
I also just talked to a guy that bought the old Feger 308 moulds so those panels may end up showing up on a project soon.
Cheers Don
