Finally got around to installing my 12" disk brake kit. Looks great and stops really well. Like throwing out an anchor. No fade after several high speed stops like the stock brakes.

Today I recast my driver door skin. It was the first fast I did when I started the body and it was just not right. It has some weak spots and a lot of air bubbles that were causing issues.

Got the first of two headlight motors installed, and it worked!!!

Started paint correction on the hood. Did half and it looks like one of the before and after commercials.

Rebuilt my front calipers, wow I have front brakes now. I jacked the rear up and checked for loose bolts. I let the car down and the car started rolling out of the garage. I lived with sticky front rotors for so long. Time to coast down the road with no drag.

I had 16 year old tires on mine and was lucky enough to avoid the tire failure from the "photo of your car today" thread. But that got remedied today.

I had also "upgraded" the radio to a Bonneville AM/FM cassette player last week, but the speakers sounded like trash, so those got updated today too.

Car sounds a lot better now. Will save the rear speakers for another day.
