That's a good suggestion, I wonder how it would look with the entire center console in black between the tan seats.

There are few options available for Mera body panels, and it might be helpful. Maybe... Soon it will be a very long drive to a skilled body shop from here. |

Here is what I have. Good luck.

Thank you for EVM's contact information. While I haven't any need for his parts currently, I will report on any updates and maybe this will help some of us? Given your experience however, I can't see paying him anything other than a deposit when ordering in the future. I am very sorry for the money you lost. J

I will try to make a list of all unique Mera details, to easier distinguish Mera from the copies.
I have some:
The unike Mera label under the trunk lid. Special Label at the drivers door with info about the wider Mera tires and pressure. Rear Lights with MERA letters. Mera Front emblem. MERA letters at the trunk lid, made by Corporate Consepts ? 1987 : Original Fiero rims, painted. (Mera hub caps ?) 1988: Chromadora rims with MERA hub caps. Interior: A plate mounted at dashboard to cover the Fiero emblem. Mera emblem at the steering wheel (only 1988 ?) The metall nose grille, produced by Corporate Consepts ? 2.8 V6 badge at the trunk, made by Chevrolet ? GTS badge at the trunk. Made by Corporate Concepts ? Reversing lights, made by Ford ? Mirrors from Vitaloni Is there some unike details inside or outside of the fibre glass to look for ?
Other details ?

Here is a bit more information wrt your distinguishing features post:
The unike Mera label under the trunk lid. - Most of the Meras have this label but there appear to be some differences from the early production labels and the latter ones.
Rear Lights with MERA letters. - I believe that the lens letters actually say MERA 1 but will look later today and see.
Mera Front emblem. - Concur but 87 and 88 nose badges were different.
MERA letters at the trunk lid, made by Corporate Consepts ? - Made from letters cut from other GM labels (GRAND AM, SE, etc.)
1987 : Original Fiero rims, painted. (Mera hub caps ?) - Stock wheels for Meras were the same as other Fieros. However, the center cap had a MERA lettering instead of the Fiero emblem.
1988: Chromadora rims with MERA hub caps. - The Chromadoras were optional rims and some of the 1988's still used the diamond type stock wheels.
Interior: A plate mounted at dashboard to cover the Fiero emblem. - None of my Meras had this plate but I did see a F horse in this location on my old F308 rebody.
Mera emblem at the steering wheel (only 1988 ?) - I have one 1987 Mera with this type of a horn cover but believe that it was added after the fact and is not stock.
The metall nose grille, produced by Corporate Consepts ? - The front nose grill and bumper is a distinguishing characteristic. Note that some Meras have replaced the stock bumper and nose grill with Rodney Dickman's Euro bumper and nose grill.
2.8 V6 badge at the trunk, made by Chevrolet ? - Stock GM badge
GTS badge at the trunk. Made by Corporate Concepts ? - None of my Meras had a GTS badge on the trunk.
Reversing lights, made by Ford ? - Concur
Mirrors from Vitaloni - Power mirrors from Vitaloni but a number of the F cars and other Italian cars also used the same power mirror. The mirrors have the same model number but the mounts and gaskets appear to be different for various cars.
Is there some unike details inside or outside of the fibre glass to look for ? - The rear section on a Mera may be different than some kit cars in that some are three piece items and some are basically one piece.

"GTS badge at the trunk. Made by Corporate Concepts ?" My Mera did have the "GTS" badge, and I have seen other Mera's with this as well. IIRC, wasn't it from a Dodge (perhaps a LeBarron?)?

I have never seen a GTS designation on a Mera so I cannot contribute anything here. I have seen GTB on a Mera that had been "converted" to a F308 but that is as close as I have come.

My impression was the "GTS" was original badging partly from Dan's quoted post near the bottom of this page: http://www.fiero.nl/forum/F...HTML/077195-147.html and because my car had an identical badge to Tom's (OP- page 1 in this thread) in the same location as his. It's barely visible in my fuzzy pic at the top of page 150. But it's certainly possible not all came with this. Nelson is pretty knowledgeable about Mera's..

My 88 has the GTS emblem and I have some pics of an 87 with 15,000 miles that is supposed to be all original and it has the GTS emblem also.
