Wicked !! Just love your car's stance too.
BTW, I converted Rex to California mirrors as well. His original Tornado are in storage..

I like the look of the California mirrors much better also.

Do you have flat or convex mirrors.
Rexgirl NOV 22, 03:35 AM
Rex's California mirrors have the same configuration as the Tornado's, convex on the passenger's side and flat on the driver's door. Their reflections are just slightly smaller than I'd like but the important passenger mirror has a wide view and that seems to work well. I also did the front bumper 'flip', which I definitely prefer although the original orientation works with your black paint as black blends with your black bumper.
I was also thinking that your gearshift knob could alternatively be black since it is an accent color in your interior. Humm, now you've got me thinking about color coordinating my shift surround and upper "Mera" door caps. Rex has the same interior colors as yours BTW.

This person (the one selling the car) and I have very different ideas on the meaning of "light damage" as well as "passenger side". 😱 Yikes... Anybody else see the screws holding what's left of the grill surround portion of the front clip on? I'm sure there's somebody who could repair that car for an amount that would make it a worthwhile purchase, but I've never met them. Poor MERA...

I do not know but it ended up selling for about $5200 IIRC. There will be a lot of work required on that car to make it look nice again.
