You are talking about technical ability and knowledge
The OP was complaining about complete lack of communication and broken promises. They are two completely separate issues
Dan has a VERY long history of sketchy shipping excuses. After many years of sending packages to the USA, he still hasn't figured out how to fill out customs forms?? Sorry, but that's BS.
If you are going to take someone's money, you need to deliver. On time. If you are late for some reason, you need to contact the customer, explain, and work something out. You don't just take people's money and disappear for weeks or months. This has nothing to do with technical ability, or whether you have delivered for other people in the past.
Rodney doesn't take your money and disappear for weeks or months. Neither does Rock Auto, Fieroguru, or lots of other people who sell parrts. There is no excuse. Period.
