I was briefly working with 88databaseguy to bring the information out as a web app and search tool, but ultimately he was not willing to ever give me any more than a small snippet of the data.
It seems pretty useless to collect all this information and make it available to no one.

That's rather sad to hear... and exactly what I was afraid of finding out. 
You've got to wonder what the point is ultimately of someone collecting and hoarding this information.
