I thought the same thing but did not feel right mentioning it. At least we noticed it and checked on him.
What's sad is that he did not know how well we thought of him, .

I think much to his dismay (for me being right), he likely now DOES know how much we think of him.

You know this thread is a reminder that life is fleeting, just makes me think it's a good time right now to say - Hey anybody here who just wants to talk my inbox is open. I know I've been MIA for a while but I'm here in spirit and I care about you guys.

Probably because very few ever stood up for him as he was bullied for years on this forum.
I asked him once why he stuck around the forum despite that. It was part of a longer conversation through PM, so I’ll start the response at the relevant part:
