I think it looks good the way it is, but I agree with the above posters that the honeycomb style grill would be even better. Nice work.

Solution, purchase a hide away show and go license plate bracket. When driving the roads you flip it up and at shows the plate folds down under the fascia so you do see it.
Now to comment on the OP's grill treatment, I think it looks very nice, shades of the Ferrari nose.
