The hood scoop looked familiar to me but I couldnt figure out what it was. It really looks like the auto pool filler thingie. It hangs over the pool edge and has a float valve. That lambo looks good hes done the stretch, look at the engine room.

The roof scoop with the flex tube hoses really makes this car totally unique. Looks like a South of the Border style!

What makes that roof scoop "totally unique" is that there's actually no scoop on that apparatus.

Maybe it's connected to the one on the hood.

The "Roof Scoop" is a dead ringer for one of the little robots on the movie "Silent Running" Dewey, I believe its name was. Bruce Dern would love that scoop!

Yeah good luck with that, The only thing my fiero attracts are middle aged men. mid 20s girls have no idea what a fiero is.

The "roof scoop" is actually the car's heater. You notice it has no opening to scoop air into the engine bay, but it does line up perfectly with the round thing in the roof in the interior shot. I think that is a vent. There is a blower motor in there somewhere that pushes the heat from the engine forward into the passenger compartment. You can control the speed of the blower, but the only way to control the temperature is to run the engine hotter or cooler with gear selectino and then further balance it out by rolling the windows down when you're getting cooked.

The new owner better watch out for an exhaust leak or residual exhaust fumes. Carbon Monoxide is odorless and extremely lethal.
